Rachel Clattenburg


Ms. Clattenburg is a member of the firm’s litigation and investigations practice groups.┬áBefore joining Cunningham Levy Muse LLP, she was an attorney at the public interest law firm Public Citizen Litigation Group, where she focused on government transparency and consumer rights.

She has litigated numerous cases under the Freedom of Information Act and has experience in both federal district and appellate courts.

Prior to working at Public Citizen, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable S. Martin Teel, Jr., U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Columbia. During law school, she worked for the Honorable Roger J. Miner of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Clattenburg graduated first in her class from Albany Law School and Phi Beta Kappa from Princeton University.

She is a member of the New York and District of Columbia Bars and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the Third and Ninth Circuits.
