Yannick Morgan

Mr. Morgan specializes in white collar crime investigations both here and abroad.  He has expertise in international anti-corruption matters.

Mr. Morgan joined Cunningham Levy Muse LLP from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he advised private sector, state and foreign sovereign government clients on a broad range of anti-corruption, compliance and World Bank sanctions related matters.

Previous to his time at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Morgan practiced at Latham & Watkins LLP, where he focused on regulatory compliance, fraud and export control investigations.  In his pro bono practice, Mr. Morgan provided similar counsel to international humanitarian relief and non-profit organizations operating in the Middle East and Central Asia.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Morgan served as a staff member, for the US House of Representatives Committee on Ways and Means, Subcommittee on Trade.  He also worked for the American Constitution Society.

Beyond the law, Mr. Morgan exercises his passion for minority, immigrant and LGBT rights through participation in several DC area civic organizations, including Whitman-Walker Health and the DC Young Professional Leadership Council of the UCLA-based Williams Institute.  Mr. Morgan earned a J.D. from Yale Law School and a bachelor’s degree in international affairs from the University of Georgia.
